Hi, I’m Kristin!

I’m a Nutritionist specializing in Neurodivergent Nutrition.

Before I was a Nutritionist, I was a Chef.

I have worked in many different types of restaurants and was trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago.

I always new I was different than others but didn’t realize I was neurodivergent until after I had children and they started getting diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.

I like developing recipes and sharing things to help other neurodivergent people in the kitchen.

My goal is to help you optimize your health and time in the kitchen.

I’m here to bring awareness, provide expertise, and offer support to others struggling with their symptoms and relationship with food.

More specifically, I will help you:

  • Manage your neurodivergent symptoms through nutrition

  • identify trigger foods, allergies, and/or intolerances

  • Understand the relationship between neurodivergency and disordered eating

  • Break the binge eating cycle

  • Improve meal planning and meal prep skills

  • Develop mindful eating habits and healthy relationship with food

  • Understand how your hormones impact your neurodivergent symptoms (women only)
